Ken Vulsion's first residency in 1983 was at an Italian resaurant / disco called Myhalyk's in Elmira NY. Wednesday was BONEHUNTER night, and he was paid with a pile of wrinkled dollar bills and free chicken wings. Since then he has lived and played in New York, San Francisco, Fire Island, Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington, Portland, Palm Springs, London, Black Rock, Healdsburg, and a secret beach town called Bolinas. Ken is a founding member of San Francisco's Hard Energy / Heavy Disco collective - Honey Soundsystem.

Collectors and players of underground house, disco, and leftfield dance tunes since the mid-nineties; they are obsessive digital crate diggers and torrid vinyl junkies with a penchant for causing party havoc. DJ, remix, and disco edit duties most often handled by the shorter, funnier one, Casey. Matt, the taller, better looking one, is an exceptional music collector, sound system builder, and DJ (when he gets around to it.)

A true fembot, Emils (Emily Coalson) fantasizes about a galaxy where robots, aliens, and humanoids alike can dance in peace and harmony - preferably wearing fabulous glitzy attire. A founding member of Galaxy Radio, she currently is a resident at the Showdown and mixes house, synth-pop, and disco edits to progressive ears every 2nd and 4th Thursday.

Alexa Mae (Alexandra Munson) brings a galactic photo booth experience to San Francisco! Since Alexa Mae was a wee space cadet, she was fascinated with the magic like science of permanently capturing robots/robettes, spacelings, aliens, cyborgs, humanoids, replicants, and droids in time and space to be remembered forever. Using advanced photon receptors, Alexa Mae is now able to artificially harness and capture stellar and planetary light, so that every portrait immortalizes each subject’s intergalactic beauty.
