President's Message 

Hey everyone,

Cinco de Mayo events everywhere, so this week we made it the theme.  Are you having some cerveza or a margarita?  Lots of other great stuff this week too.  EventSubmit will be at the May Madness sale on Saturday looking for cookbooks.  How about you?  Have a passion for picking through sales for goodies?  If you see me, be sure to say hi!

Check out your local city, and hey, as traveling season comes upon us, check out your destination city as well.  Under the "Web Events" you will find stuff to do in other cities not listed as well.  We are always looking for more.

Have you seen the new FAQ page?  All your wishes are coming true.

Post Your Events With Us  

Here is a great opportunity to let people know where they can find you and what you offer.  Tell potential attenders your hours, days and special offers, right here on EventSubmit.net. What makes a great posting?

1) Does your posting answer all the W’s?  You know, who, what, where, when, why?  The listing description area was recently upgraded to allow for more information and better editing.

2) Do you have a kick-butt image?  This is the internet.  People like to see pretty things.

3) Is your information accurate and sufficient?  Spell out ‘street’ and be specific where your event is happening.  People might not be familiar with your city.  If you are in a specific ball room at a hotel, be sure to add that in.  If you are set up at a large park, tell them how best to find you. 

4) Plan early.  The earlier you add your event to the site, the more people will find you, and the more likely you are to gain an audience.
